Support Staff Workshop
ILA/ACRL SUPPORT STAFF WORKSHOP:
DATE: Friday, July 18, 2008 TIME: 8:30am-3:00pm
LOCATION: Des Moines Area Community College, 1125 Hancock Dr., Boone, IA
Keynote speaker Buzz Hoffman will present a fun approach to gaining insight into your personality strengths through color. There will be breakout groups and four concurrent sessions facilitated by experts in our field. A panel discussion will also take place on library science programs available to Iowa support staff personnel. Panelists are support staff who graduated from or are currently enrolled in an ALA-accredited MLS program.
Registration will be accepted as late as the day of the conference (checks only) but lunch will not be guaranteed for those registering after Tuesday, July 15th. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 4th.
