SESSION A: TECHNOLOGY IN THE WORKPLACE

Ryan Gjerde/Luther College: Ryan will discuss some of the emerging technologies applicable and/or beneficial to the support staff work environment. Technologies discussed may include RSS feeds, iGoogle, Facebook, etc. Bring your questions!

SESSION B: MLS AT A DISTANCE

Facilitator: Rebecca Funke/DMACC. Panelists: Rebecca Funke/DMACC, Linda Nelson/Scott Community College, Rhonda Huisman/Northwest Iowa Community College, and Elaine Reitz/North Liberty Community Library.

Panelists will discuss library science programs available to Iowa support staff personnel. Traditional as well as online programs will be discussed.
